He has held senior leadership positions with Zoomlion Heavy Industry Corporation, Caterpillar Incoporation and General Motors Corporation. His areas of expertise include Agricultural services, Estate development & building construction, Product & Process development, Engineering, Quality development, Lean manufacturing, and Production operations management.
